50 ml • Citadelle Bajan 120 ml • Tonic water Garnish • Grapefruit peel

Preparation

Fill your glass with ice, then add the Citadelle Bajan. Top up with tonic water and gently stir. Express the grapefruit peel and place it in the glass to garnish.
