Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1.5cl / ½ oz / 1 part

Simple syrup

Preparation
- Add the Citadelle Jardin d’été, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white into a shaker and vigorously dry-shake.
- Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.
- Strain into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist or top with 3 to 5 drops of Angostura bitters.
